Lead Research & Outreach

Research and contact property owners using approved scripts and systems. This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying potential opportunities before they move into the negotiation phase. Compensation is performance-based and tied to results.

Acquisitions & Negotiation

Manage seller conversations, negotiate purchase terms, and secure assignable contracts that meet company criteria. This role is responsible for moving qualified opportunities from initial discussion to executed agreement. Compensation is commission-based and paid only on closed deals.

Transaction Coordination

Support the closing process by coordinating with title companies, buyers, and internal systems to ensure smooth execution of transactions. This role focuses on organization, follow-through, and closing support. Compensation is provided per completed transaction.

Interview Process

Selected applicants will be contacted for an introductory call to discuss experience, availability, and alignment with our independent contractor structure. The process is practical and focused on real-world fit rather than formal interviews.

Feedback Time

Applicants will receive clear feedback following the conversation. We aim to be transparent and efficient, respecting everyone’s time throughout the process.

Onboarding Steps

Approved candidates will receive onboarding materials, access to systems, and clear guidelines on workflows, expectations, and compensation structure.

Start Date

Once onboarding is completed, contractors may begin working immediately based on role availability and operational needs.
